RETURN POLICY

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@tiny-closet.com. If the case is deemed valid, Tiny Closet will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

While we do our very best to make sure our products fit perfectly as described there is always a small chance something won't fit perfectly. If the product you ordered does not fit as you would like it to, please reach out to support@tiny-closet.com and we will arrange an exchange for the proper size.

We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are processed.
